ABaC restaurant Barcelona. 3 Michelin Stars 2018. Chef Jordi Cruz. The ABaC restaurant is located at the beginning of Avenida Tibidabo in the exclusive boutique hotel of the same name ABaC Hotel. ABaC restaurant is an elegant, minimalist establishment considered by many to be one of Barcelona's very best restaurants. Chef Jordi Cruz has the distinction of being the youngest chef in Spain to win a Michelin star at just 26 when he was at Estany Clar de Cercs outside Barcelona. As one might expect from the amazing El Barri group of restaurants by Albert and Ferran Adrià and the Iglesias brothers the food is creative, innovative, and delicious. Reservation online only.
No walk-ins and only accessible via door code provided by e-mail after booking is accepted. Only 24 diners are allowed to be seated at a time which makes for a truly unique dining experience.

The name Hoja Santa came from a journey made by the chefs Albert and Paco to Oaxaca in Mexico.
